National and Alamo has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at the St Pete/Clearwater International Airport. The Customer Service Representative performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

* Take incoming calls and respond appropriately to all inquiries as well as direct incoming calls when necessary.
* Handle rental extensions, book reservations, call overdue customers and coordinate switch-outs.
* Type reports and correspondence, copy and collate materials and receive, distribute and prepare mail.
* Provide support on special projects as assigned.
* Prepare daily business paperwork such as rental contracts, coupons, etc.
* Order supplies and forms to maintain adequate stock. Maintain all office equipment such as fax and copy machines.
* Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs primarily over the phone
* Notify Management of potential customer service issues in a timely manner.
* Perform various administrative and miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing, etc
* Perform miscellaneous and other back office related duties as assigned

* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
* Minimum 1 year experience handling basic customer service and office administration functions.
* A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
* Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
* No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
* Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule: 
Sundays & Mondays: 5am-2pm. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays: 10am-7pm. Thursdays and Fridays: OFF
