Overview
Exciting career opportunity for the right Account Consultant with a growing, well-established, national company at its Houston branch. As a customer service representative and warehouse technician, responsibilities will include working with new and existing customers to provide exceptional service and support consistent with company culture and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- General Administrative and clerical support
- Order Entry, Shipping, Customer support
- Answering and filtering calls, as well as taking detailed messages
- Scanning, faxing, copying, emailing
- Maintaining electronic copies of shipping documentation, orders, and freight claims
- Filing all documentation with full copies of original order, sales order, invoice, freight cost, and claim paperwork
- Credit Card Processing
- Invoicing and sending tracking information to sales team and or customers
Skills and Experience
- Customer service experience required
- Shipping and Receiving experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, other customer service systems a plus
- Grammar and business English
- Ability to multi-task and work overtime on an “as needed” basis
- Must be a team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Work effectively in a general business environment, with a focus on high levels of quality and customer service
