Must have the following in order to apply:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two (2) years’ experience
- Understanding of database normalization
- Microsoft SQL Server development experience
- T-SQL skills
- Familiarity with SDLC to include analysis, design, UAT and deployment of solutions
- Verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SSIS/DTS is also desirable
- Previous experience with databases involving ERP, CRM or PSA software is a plus
- Experience working in a consulting / professional services environment to include scope and budget management is very desirable
- Experience preparing intricate written communications or contracts is a plus
- C#.NET or API development experience is a plus

Job Description: The Data Analyst will have the primary day-to-day responsibility of performing data migrations, imports and transformations using established enterprise ETL processes. This work will primarily be performed for external customers in a professional services context. The Data Analyst must possess interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. Must be comfortable speaking to customers about changes, issues and work that can and cannot be performed. The Data Analyst must have organizational and time management skills with ability to work in a fast environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gain a level of understanding of the Company PSA application and of the underlying SQL database
- Use established ETL processes to perform data migrations according to customer specification
- Exercise stewardship over external customer data, making sure that safeguards are in place to prevent data loss or corruption
- Provide customer with communication of instructions, progress and setbacks
- Prepare documentation for existing ETL processes under direction from senior resources
- After-hours work as needed to deploy solutions or accommodate customer deadlines
- Responsible for entering time and expenses as they occur
- Participate in scoping calls as necessary to gather information on customer requirements
- Collaborate with senior resources to draft statement of works and quotes for ETL work
- Maintain SQL database skills as updates are released from Microsoft
- Additional duties and responsibilities to be assigned
Work Environment: Office environment with less than 10% travel required.
Days & Hours: Full Time position. 1st shift, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.
