Primary Responsibilities:
Process contracts and check payments.
Note customers’ accounts as appropriate and follow through with relevant documents, if required.
Place outbound calls to resolve/follow-up on customers’ issues, as and when necessary.
Consistently meet or exceed performance objectives.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with other office admin. support projects as and when needed, including but not limited to sorting/opening mail and/or picking up/dropping off mail from/at the Post Office.
Required Skills, Experience & Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English to handle customer inquiries.
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Familiar with Windows 2000.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels and contribute positively to a team environment.
