Full Job Description
The Barn at Crescent Lake is looking for another Day of Wedding Coordinator to join the team. The Day of Wedding Coordinator will work directly with the Venue Coordinator on the day of the wedding to assist with set-up, vendors, event staff and also take over the Coordination duties from cocktail hour through the end of the reception.
The Duties and Responsibilities of the Day of Coordinator are, but not limited to:
*Assisting the Venue Coordinator with all the details of the wedding day.
*Following the Timeline throughout the night to ensure it is followed completely
*Oversee vendors and staff members
*Ensuring that the venue and facilities are clean and organized throughout the night and after break down
*Ensuring perfect execution of the wedding with the goal of obtaining raving customer reviews and testimonials
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $200.00 – $250.00 per day
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Weekend availability
COVID-19 considerations:
All staff members are required to wear a mask when indoors
