We have an immediate need for a Delivery Manager to join our long-term financial services client in Tampa, Florida. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a hybrid work schedule (2 days remote / 3 days in the Tampa office). Candidates must reside in Tampa Bay or looking to relocate to the area.
In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure projects and needs are being met based on initiatives and timelines. You will communicate, present and manage expectations on software and hardware-focused projects in an Agile environment. You will manage risk, financials, and staff members on direction and delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of program or complex project management experience leading technical projects, including development, execution, and delivery.
- Proven track record of driving delivery of complex work efforts.
- Experience mobilizing teams and maintaining motivation to accomplish goals within timelines.
- Ability to interact one-on-one and consult effectively with all levels of executive management.
- Must be able to review and interpret data to make recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with requirements and system analysis.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with various technical development lifecycles such as Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
