Deputy Field Organizer Job Description
Our firm is in need of a self-motivated and high energy Deputy Field Organizer to support our growing start up. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with the personnel files and payroll process. Job Duties:
- Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provides support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform administrative work, including scheduling, and maintaining files
- Enter employment data into computer database
Deputy Field Organizer Skills and Qualifications:
- Some related administrative experience
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Team-oriented
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of MS Office and Google Docs
- Must have laptop computer
