As a Detail Location Manager you will be responsible for the management of the daily detail operations within your location. This role supports and develops Detail Technicians while overseeing quality of work performed. Detail Location Managers coordinate with account managers, customer managers, and customers to ensure all detailing needs are being met.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Magic One products, services, and pricing for services available
  • Manage staff of 5-10 detailing technicians
  • Enforce policies and procedures
  • Quality Control (QC) of Magic One services performed
  • Coordinate work management system and daily electronic invoices
  • Be a liaison for Magic One, and communicate effectively with dealership management daily
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports to track income, labor, expenses, and inventory turn time
  • Inventory management of supplies and equipment

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED)
  • At least three years of detailing experience
  • At least one year of supervisory/management experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Post high school training and/or education
  • Five years of automotive reconditioning and/or detailing experience
  • Three years of management or supervisory experience
  • At least one year of customer service experience

Specific Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time
  • Successfully complete pre-employment background screening
  • Valid driver’s license
