Development Coordinator

Landeavor, LLC, a rapidly growing, full-service real estate development company specializing in master-planned residential communities, is looking for a full-time Administrative Professional to support the efforts of our fast-paced, growing business in Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities for this position will include assisting in the daily operations of the Corporate and Project offices by performing project support, HOA administrative, office administration and office functions. This position is a key liaison between management personnel, builders, vendors, consultants, the HOA and the public in general.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform duties required to assist with management of the HOA including sitting on boards, attending meetings, following up on resident or management requests, reviewing reports and financials and assisting with HOA website maintenance.
  • Perform document management including monthly project reports, lot and home sales reports, contract administration, and HUD settlement statement files.
  • Process and track all invoices, expense reports and payments for projects and field office.
  • Maintain record of active builders including contracts, contract amendments, insurance requirements, take down schedules, sales, settlement statements, lot counts, house pricing, product offerings and other information as requested.
  • Support the execution of builder lot contracts and coordinate lot closings for the division.
  • Performs routine administrative tasks such as mail, filing, typing correspondence, schedules, reports, answering phones and data entry.
  • Manage property tax payments for lots and acreage for multiple projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of Due Diligence packages for development of new communities.
  • Support marketing efforts and events as needed.
  • Resolve homeowner and/or project related field items as directed by management.
  • Assist with project permit submittals, project platting, and overall project coordination as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience in property or HOA management highly recommended.
  • Experience in contract management, budget administration, accounting and administrative processes.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities, think analytically, work under tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and problem solving.
  • Professional level verbal and written communication skills and the ability to express oneself clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) required. Ability to quickly learn software specific to Landeavor.
  • Strong initiative and work ethic. Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive in resolving them.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of 4 years relevant industry experience. Specific experience with HOA management, homebuilder and/or developer is preferred. Experience in Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
