Description:
We are seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator. This role will participate in the development of and continued support of the strategic long-term goals, policies and procedures for the firm’s online content organization. Demonstrate expertise in a variety of technologies concepts, practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain and support the firm’s website databases, Marketing SharePoint sites and E-Communication servers
- Apply significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to the firm’s clients
- Conduct training and assist marketing users by providing support to the firm’s E-Communication production SharePoint site
- Conduct quality control of database information and proactively seek ways to improve workflow and data quality
- Coordinate with marketing staff and other departments to share information between marketing databases and other firm systems
- Identify software deficiencies and collaborate between IT, vendors and subject experts to implement effective solutions
- Review and beta test new technologies and processes
- Manage and track firm’s E-Communication process workflow from design to delivery
- Maintain written documentation and training materials for marketing technology products and services
- Communicate and enforce coding standards
- Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work under time pressure
- Experience with HTML/XML/RSS/Java Script/CSS
- Knowledge of Web standards
- Experience with Lexis-Nexis InterAction, One North CMS software and Tikit eMarketing Suite preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), web analytics and social media
- Knowledge and experience with podcasting/blogging and editing audio/video preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a law firm or other professional services firm
