The Director of Real Estate Development will be responsible for implementing and executing on a strategic plan for securing ideal properties for the exclusive right to install in-building DAS. The incumbent will be responsible for initiating and establishing partnerships with real estate owners across the United States and will be the primary contact for supporting sales and addressing the needs and desired locations of wireless service providers.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Effectively targets real estate management (building owners and property managers) to procure partnerships and agreements.
  • Establishes and fosters excellent working relationships on all potential real estate opportunities.
  • Works closely with real estate owners to identify their wireless needs.
  • Researches and identifies potential real estate opportunities that align with company business plan.
  • Analyzes potential real estate transactions to determine whether or not they meet the company’s goal and objectives.
  • Negotiates successful site license agreements and management agreements on all new real estate opportunities.
  • Works closely with Asset Managers, Carrier Relations Managers, Legal, Property and Project Management, Engineering, Design, and Operations in order to understand our process, our business parameters, and how the neutral host systems are designed, built, and operate.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Business required.
  • Seven to ten years experience in account management, real estate, or sales required.
  • Industry experience in securing, negotiating, planning, or selling commercial real estate preferred.
ENVIRONMENT:
100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. Approximately 50% travel will be required in support of the position’s responsibilities.
