The Director, Facilities Management , provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the services provided by the Facilities Management Departments. Responsible for plant operations, major mechanical, buildings and grounds, for the regional hospitals, properties and clinics. Actively takes part of the selection, appraisal, and recommendation of subcontractors and vendors to supplement on site staff and needs. Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, AHCA, OSHA, NFPA and all other applicable regulatory organizations.
