Director of Association Management

Expanding to Southwest Florida!!! The Director of Association Management is an independent contractor position who will work to build a team to oversee all HOA-related activities of PMI Meridian Management. In addition to the management of daily operations and staff, the Director of Association Management will play an important role in onboarding HOA and condo communities and scaling growth for the company in Southwest Florida. The Director of Association Management must be extremely trustworthy, have a strong work ethic, and have at least 5 years of prior experience in the field as an association community manager.

Position responsibilities:

  • Oversees all operations of association management of the company and ensure the company provides high quality service to all homeowners and association boards.
  • Grow the HOA and condo portfolio by obtaining no less than four clients quarterly that have an average monthly management fee of $1,200.
  • Manage portfolio of 15 condos and HOAs.
  • Direct supervisor for all association community managers, maintenance, and operations of the Southwest Florida Association Division.
  • Create and implement training policies, processes and procedures for existing and newly hired or acquired personnel to ensure proper management of all associations are met.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews for all association management personnel.
  • Oversee the association management operations of the company, ensuring that business plans are being executed within budget and given deadlines.
  • Support all association managers with the oversite of major projects and dealing with vendors to ensure on time projection completion.
  • Oversee the hiring process for all association community managers and make final recommendations to the owners of the company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation: commission-based position,competitive and negotiable (paid bi-weekly)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with progressive experience in property management; Florida license in community association management required; experience working in a larger property management company preferred; strong entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude, and ability to move quickly to grow the company; excellent problem solver and motivator of people with a high degree of professionalism.
