BeHome247 is looking for a Head of Demand Generation to take BeHome247’s growth to the next level. In this role, you will own the development and implementation of our demand generation strategy, helping us win new customers and upsell existing customers. You will work with the leaders in Product, Sales, and Customer Success to set a vision, and then you will make it happen. You will launch and scale new demand generation channels, optimize our marketing technology stack, and ensure that the sales team is set up for success with a rich pool of high-quality inbound & outbound leads. You will partner closely with the rest of the leadership team and outside agencies to launch new campaign concepts, refine our value proposition, and deliver efficient growth.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who can maintain a balance between setting a strategic vision and executing at high quality and pace. You have a strong bias towards action with an ability to ruthlessly prioritize. You are obsessed with data with a strong focus on trackability, measurement, and ROI. We’re looking for an inspirational leader who can also build up a high-performing demand-gen team that includes responsibility for, content marketing, marketing operations, and managing contractors.

The Director of Demand Generation will be tasked with the primary goal of creating pipeline growth and optimizing BeHome247’s marketing funnel performance. You should have strong experience executing and delivering successful lead generation programs. You are a high-energy and results-oriented collaborator, who can work closely across the organization with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. You should have proven skills in: organic and paid lead generation, sound lead management practices including lead nurturing and scoring, and be comfortable managing marketing automation best practices.
