Who we are looking for?
We are looking for someone to oversee the front desk, provide executive assistant functions as well as greeting guests, clients and associates with a warm and genuine smile. Essential skills and talents include: answering multiple phone lines with warmth and friendliness, maintaining office supplies and office machines, assisting agents with office resource needs and other duties as assigned. As part of our Team, this person will play an important key role to the onboarding and retention systems for our agents in our brokerage, contribute to event planning and lead with passion and creativity to attack obstacles and hurdles, should any arise.
This person will help agents acclimate to the Keller Williams systems, tools and technology. The candidate must have a deep desire to help others. They will assist the Team Leader and MCA of the market center with the calendar, monthly reports, data entry and special projects as needed. The successful candidate will be energetic and a flexible self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a team environment. Must have a solid base in technology including prior experience with Microsoft Office, Google Business Suite, computer usage and office equipment such as commercial printers and multiline phone system. Experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
