VITUS Search Group has partnered with a non profit organization in a confidential search for a Director of Housing with HUD experience located in the Tampa Bay Area. Director of Housing will be responsible for managing HUD sponsored housing and oversees the financial an maintenance duties of the property.

Requirements

  • Must at least a two year degree
  • Must have a least 5 years of experience in property management
  • Must have experience with rentals
  • Must have HUD experience
  • Designation of Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) Certification
  • Registered Apartment Manager (RAM)
  • National Affordable Housing Professional (NAHP) (or must obtain within 90 days of hire)
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements.
