Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing & Communication to lead our marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong background in social media, music, and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, focusing on social media to drive audience engagement and growth.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring high-quality design and messaging.
  • Manage website content, including updates and optimization, to ensure an engaging and user-friendly online presence.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize marketing impact.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, especially the results of social media plans, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in music, to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading a marketing team, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong expertise in social media platforms and strategies.
  • Background in music, either as a hobbyist or professional, with a solid understanding of music gear and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, with the ability to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
