SCOPE:

The Regional Assistant is responsible for assisting the Regional Managers in all phases of operations in the portfolio of communities, including but not limited to business plans, sales goals, financial objectives, facilities management, control of all personnel and resources and market positioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the day to day operations of communities in portfolio; demonstrates customer service/retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate resident appreciation activities; assist in managing resident suggestions and issues.
  • Completes financial analysis of budget reports to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinates capital improvement projects.
  • Assist with vendor management and completion of vendor packets.
  • Administers interviewing, hiring and training admin staff; compile, review and approve all necessary HR related documents.
  • Plans and coordinates district and regional meetings.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent to a four-year degree;
  • Experience as a multi-site / multi-unit manager;
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams against aggressive operational and sales goals;
  • Able to plan and execute effective strategies that have led to measurable business growth;
  • Understanding and ability to apply fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management;
  • Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in office productivity;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple competitive deadlines.

COMPENSATION: $50,000. – $55.000. Annual
