WHAT WE MUST HAVE…Check this list twice!

  • Minimum 8 years of proven, progressive leadership roles and responsibilities
  • 5 years or more of coordinating the logistics of multiple teams across multiple territories
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience staffing, coaching, training, and holding teams accountable for results.
  • 5 years of CRM (Client Relationship Management) software experience.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

BONUS POINTS:

  • Commercial real estate or commercial property management experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting deliverables and increasing company profitability.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and communication skills. You know the difference between “ Let’s eat, Grandma! ” and “ Let’s eat Grandma! ”

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:

Meeting deliverables while protecting profitability is the mission of the Director of Operations. Effective communication, strong leadership, and long-term strategic thinking coupled with short-term decisiveness is key to this position’s success.

  • Hold the Operations management and coordination teams accountable for delivering results.
  • Staff, train, coach, and hold teams accountable for meeting company goals.
  • Plan and delegate logistics strategy and execution.
  • Work with Sales to forecast future business and people resource needs.
  • Conduct One-on-One performance conversations with each direct report each week.
  • Interact with internal and external clients.
  • Develop, analyze, and report on team performance metrics.
  • Interview, hire, review performance, and exit team members as needed.
  • Review and approve payroll, schedules, time-off requests, overtime, and travel.
  • Coach and empower team members to grow and succeed.
  • Travel to visit field team members as needed (about 2 to 3 weeks per year).
