- Minimum 8 years of proven, progressive leadership roles and responsibilities
- 5 years or more of coordinating the logistics of multiple teams across multiple territories
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience staffing, coaching, training, and holding teams accountable for results.
- 5 years of CRM (Client Relationship Management) software experience.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:
Meeting deliverables while protecting profitability is the mission of the Director of Operations. Effective communication, strong leadership, and long-term strategic thinking coupled with short-term decisiveness is key to this position’s success.
- Hold the Operations management and coordination teams accountable for delivering results.
- Staff, train, coach, and hold teams accountable for meeting company goals.
- Plan and delegate logistics strategy and execution.
- Work with Sales to forecast future business and people resource needs.
- Conduct One-on-One performance conversations with each direct report each week.
- Interact with internal and external clients.
- Develop, analyze, and report on team performance metrics.
- Interview, hire, review performance, and exit team members as needed.
- Review and approve payroll, schedules, time-off requests, overtime, and travel.
- Coach and empower team members to grow and succeed.
- Travel to visit field team members as needed (about 2 to 3 weeks per year).
