SCOPE:

The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing all phases of the operation in the portfolio of communities, including, but not limited to, business plans, sales goals, marketing positioning, asset quality, financial objectives, facilities management, and control of all personnel and resources so that the portfolio is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. To adhere to all applicable fair housing laws governing real estate sales, leasing and management/ maintenance services.

RESPONISBILITIES:

  • Communicates company’s strategic directions and execute all corporate policies and procedures
  • Manages to ensure all financial objectives are met
  • Establishing budgets for each community
  • Assist communities with customer service/retention initiatives
  • Develop and implement corrective actions for any operational deficiencies
  • Performs property visits in the manner established by Lakeshore
  • Interviewing, hiring and training administrative staff
  • Mentor, coach, supervise, and develop staff
  • Evaluating performances of staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalent to a four-year degree
  • Experience as a multi-site / multi-unit manager
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams against aggressive operational and sales goals
  • Able to plan and execute effective strategies that have led to measurable business growth
  • Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills

COMPENSATION: $115,000. – $125,000/yr
