We’re looking for a Director of Property Management for a newly created Property Management company that will function out of Tampa, FL. Our client owns several properties in the Southeastern US that are currently 3rd party managed.
Our client would like to bring all of the property management in-house. This will be an excellent opportunity for anyone with ample experience managing Multifamily Housing Property Management companies.
The portfolio consists of conventional properties.
We’re seeking someone with a long history in the Property Management industry and an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to help develop, create, and run a Property Management company and will have some ownership of the company.
MUST have previous experience managing a large multifamily housing portfolio.
Must be able to:
- Create and/or build the brand of the company
- Create and write policies and procedures
- Help create the base for the business
Our client owns the properties and wants to self-manage moving forward and is looking for the right leadership to join him in the process. There will be an option of participation in ownership for the right fit.
