General Manager who will lead sourcing, underwriting, selling and renovating homes in defined areas of the market. You will build a team of trusted Project Managers to lead projects day-to-day and ensure quality craftsmanship and on time performance. You will interact with market analysts and customer service agents, while coordinating with centralized teams (underwriting, transactions, renovations, etc.) to optimize market performance
You Will
- Be a strategic and tactical leader of self-sourced, off market Bungalo renovation projects to build and grow the local market.
- Own overall area performance and P&L responsibilities with key performance indicators of each managed property – RE margin, renovation turn times, actuals vs. underwriting for purchase sale price and renovation costs and timelines; meet or exceed timelines expectations
- Lead Project Managers in the field and scale team as you reach capacity thresholds
- Source all off-market acquisitions in the defined market area
- Diagnose and manage any complications that occur within buying, renovating and selling single family homes
- Ongoing market condition monitoring, feedback valuation, home condition coordination with central office and home make-ready management (scopes of work, bids, setting appropriate spec levels, conditions, timelines and vendors)
- Collaborate with local field team, Austin sales team and central asset management to minimize days on market
- Provide home listing language and be supportive and responsive to sales support team by ensuring[checking] home is properly listed/syndicated, coordinate local RE agent coordination and overall return on investment of homes
- Interact effectively with multiple stakeholders internally and externally (real estate agents, general contractors, senior leadership etc). Be the brand ambassador of Bungalo’s culture with PMs, field teams and vendors in your defined area
- Deliver training as necessary to open new neighborhoods [or other markets], launch new initiatives and or address market opportunities
- Complete other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:
- 10 years’ experience; with local real estate market knowledge
- Experience underwriting, acquisitions, residential construction renovations is required
- Proven track record of relationship building in a sales environment
- Experience and knowledge of an complete real estate transaction
- High energy, self-motivated, and outgoing personality
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license
