Accounting & Finance Staffing Director – Producing/Selling Director

Job Responsibilities

  • Day to day management/development of staff
  • Training of staff to execute best practices in order to build client relationships and recruit passive candidates in the market
  • Full desk model – includes recruiting talent and external new business development to develop relationships with hiring managers
  • Identify candidates through cold calling, job postings, social media recruiting, job board sourcing, and referral generation.
  • Use a variety of techniques to build client relationships to generate job orders
  • Maintain client relationships to generate better outcomes for clients and candidates in order to place candidates on Permanent, Temporary, Temporary to Permanent, and Contract/Project opportunities.
  • Skill sets may include: CFO, treasury, financial reporting, corporate tax, compliance, internal audit, SEC reporting, GL accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, data analytics, business and analysis, financial systems, forensic accounting, credit, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, billing, payroll, inventory, audit/assurance services, tax services etc.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Be able to manage multiple projects.
  • Business and human resource acumen coupled with an ability to understand client requirements
  • Initiative to follow through on tasks and work in a fast-paced environment while working with a sense of urgency
  • 4+ years of experience preferred
  • BS or BA highly preferred but not required
  • Previous Staffing industry experience is highly preferred
