We are searching for a DistrictManager. This position is based in Tampa, FL and requires travel regularly North Florida as well. To qualify you must have experience in managing Multi Site Locations as well as the following qualifications listed below. MUST be willing to travel up to but not limited to 75% of the time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required or CPM designation
- Minimum of 7+ years in residential property management experience
- Unsurpassed customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to relate to various audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and comprehend financial statements, such as profit and loss statements, general ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions.
- Ability to conduct presentations or speak in public to large groups of people.
Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)
- Direct all property operations within an assigned portfolio and ensure that the financial and business objectives are being achieved.
- Hire, coach and mentor your team to be the best in the business.
- Review property performance and evaluate marketing, pricing and financial strategies.
- Oversee customer service function for residents, vendors, brokers, and owners.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and retention.
- Position your portfolio of properties to be the most desirable in the area.
