Document Services
- Provide document support to various departments including but not limited to printing and assembling document packages, copying, and obtaining signatures or notary.
- Provide support to various departments to handle checks; including ordering, getting signatures and distributing to check requestor.
- Conduct basic scan, copy, image or coding of documents into various databases, entering all pertinent information including the file number, case number, document description and loan number.
- Pick-up, Drop off, and otherwise transport documents around firm property on scheduled and unscheduled routes.
- File and retrieve documents in various cabinets.
- Electronic Submission (EFiling or EService) of documents to various counties and other parties.
- Accurate and timely data entry in various databases.
- Electronic research on Internet and various databases.
- Perform simple maintenance on scanners & copiers to ensure that the images are clear.
- Assist with Reception duties.
Education & Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- 1-2 years administrative experience preferred.
- Law office or professional services organization experience preferred.
