Full Job Description
Commercial real estate company seeks a personable individual with strong bookkeeping skills for a Specialized Office Assistant role. Small office experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory. Skill set should include proficiency with Microsoft and Adobe software products especially Word, Excel, Outlook and Acrobat. Reliability, dependability and trustworthiness essential.
Familiarity with specialized property management software like Yardi, AppFolio, SiteLink, StorEdge or others a plus. Job duties will range from the mundane to the challenging with many varieties in between the two extremes. You should be comfortable and content working all aspects of the task range.

Pay scale $17 – $20 hourly … 35 – 40 hours weekly … background check and drug test required.
