Talent Development and Engagement Specialist
Long term contract-Tampa FL
Perform support duties for the Chief Relationship Office (CRO). Provides event support for Learning and Engagement events, including preparation for events, marketing events, communication, and organizing registrations, materials, catering and planning.
Works closely with CVP Talent Development and Engagement Director in coordinating all events scheduled through the Chief Relationship Office and Corporate Learning.
Additionally, coordinates events with the following Corporate departments: Corporate Learning, Talent Acquisition, The Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility :-
Manage event communication, registration, logistics set-up and catering.
Partner with HR Central on the development of the corporate learning calendar including reserving rooms, ordering materials, advertising, and registrations.
Schedule and administer all LOMA testing needs, communications and room set up
Track all sign in sheets, record completed sessions in Learning Gateway and partner with HR Central to ensure all sessions are recorded, scheduled and communicated
Develop event communications from scratch using graphic arts design skills. Communications to include flyers, posters, emails, monitor slides and article / event postings on employee intranet.
Respond to inquiries about events via email, face to face and phone.
Prepare event materials as needed, ensuring copies and edits to materials.
Communicate with event vendors, ranging from guest speakers or trainers to catering, etc.
Welcome and host vendors and leaders for learning sessions, VFG, and ERG events
Ensure deadlines are met in event set up logistics, participant materials, etc.
Track event registrations through automated Learning Gateway and manual sign-in sheets (dependent on event origin), and create reporting around attendance of events.
Track and update the events calendar on the employee intranet.
Design and Develop graphs and charts from raw data to include in Annual Engagement and Learning Report
Maintain organization of the CRO supply closet and the traveling supply carts.
Assist with any adhoc events coordinated through CRO including town halls, meetings, and projects.
Assist with special projects as scheduled.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
Proficiency with Outlook.
Graphic Arts design skills, ideally experience with Adobe Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
Strong organizational and communication (both written and oral) skills.
Can be depended to deliver results and show the initiative to get the job done.
Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects.
Comfort and experience with a fast-paced environment.
Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and quickly walk around campus.
