The Enrollment Specialist’s primary responsibility is to initiate the EFT enrollment process for new customers.  The Enrollment Specialist is also responsible for troubleshooting problems with new EFT set-ups. This position reports to the Sales Administration Director.

Job Function

  • Daily monitoring of incoming enrollments forms via fax and email
  • Reviewing enrollment forms for completeness, and gathering any missing information
  • Proactively searching multiple databases to ensure that the customer setup is not duplicated
  • Using multiple software programs to process EFT enrollments
  • Filing enrollment forms electronically on a shared drive
  • Following up with internal colleagues, distributors, and/or customers to ensure that all enrollment issues are resolved and forms are processed to completion.
  • Handling inbound calls from customers
  • Adding notes and actions items into internal database
  • Running weekly and monthly reports

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Customer support experience required
  • Ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ability to interact and communicate with internal staff in an effective and courteous manner
  • Excellent phone manners are essential
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Proficiencies in Windows and Microsoft Office are a must
  • Proficiencies in SalesForce and Kayako are preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
