Entry Level Bookkeeper needs to be accomplished in QuickBooks 2010 – creating quotes, invoicing, POs, A/P, A/R, supply chain, inventory, all related accounting procedures.
- Must have working knowledge of manufacturing and the ability to handle purchasing, tracking and maintain inventory counts, etc.
- Filing and standard clerical duties
- Light phone support
- Basic office admin duties
- Experience in manufacturing a plus
