Due to our extensive training program and exceptional leadership, someone with our company will learn more about real estate in their first 6-12 MONTHS, than they would in their first 3-5 YEARS anywhere else. A typical day for a Sales Agent might include:
- Calling potential investors and setting up in-office meetings to discuss their long-term investment goals.
- Meeting with contractors to gain a better understanding of the construction background, and enhance your knowledge on single-family rehabs.
- Presenting and selling company acquired properties by establishing contact and developing relationships with investors, and recommending solutions for their investment strategies.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.
*This is an entry level position, so no background in real estate is necessary, though a strong sales history is encouraged. This position is 100% commission based pay.
