Entry Level Maintenance Technician- $17.15/hr.
Hours: 6:00am to 3:000pm
Other Qualifications: Upon offer you must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling business flow process
- Assist the Maintenance Planner with the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant repair, prevention, predictive and design activities on the organization’s plant and equipment
- Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work
- Write applicable maintenance procedures that promote defect-free maintenance work quality
- Assist with up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history and job records data base
- Assist with up-keep and accuracy of technical information on processes and equipment
- Convert the organization’s present CMMS system to the new CMMS
- Able to identify root cause in failure of analysis, leadership and investigations
- Apply best practices and procedures to ensure parts and equipment retain full reliability while stored.
- Assist with key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability, maintenance department performance and planning and schedule business flow process
- Collaborate with maintenance supervision to schedule Client and resources for the most effective production and maintenance outcomes
- Assist the planner in assuring accurate equipment history is captured including parts and labor. Maintenance schedules are updated, and key performance data is available for analysis.
Physical Demands:
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
