Support the Project Coordinators and Project Managers. This task involves monitoring project schedules, work hours, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. The Project Coordinator Assistant will also assist with coordinating materials, timelines, deadlines and information. Must be a good communicator and detailed oriented.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist with processing permits;
- Maintain and monitor project schedules;
- Documenting and following up on important actions & decisions
- Ensuring project deadlines are met;
- Determining project changes;
- Providing administrative support as needed;
- Undertaking project tasks as required;
- Manage and maintain pre-walk schedules;
- Review and approve invoices;
- Coordinate and manage all final walks and sign-off paperwork;
- Prepare invoices after final walks and send to properties for processing;
- Prepare material submittals;
- Learn applicable software programs;
- Other duties deemed necessary by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
