Support the Project Coordinators and Project Managers. This task involves monitoring project schedules, work hours, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. The Project Coordinator Assistant will also assist with coordinating materials, timelines, deadlines and information. Must be a good communicator and detailed oriented.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist with processing permits;
  • Maintain and monitor project schedules;
  • Documenting and following up on important actions & decisions
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met;
  • Determining project changes;
  • Providing administrative support as needed;
  • Undertaking project tasks as required;
  • Manage and maintain pre-walk schedules;
  • Review and approve invoices;
  • Coordinate and manage all final walks and sign-off paperwork;
  • Prepare invoices after final walks and send to properties for processing;
  • Prepare material submittals;
  • Learn applicable software programs;
  • Other duties deemed necessary by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
