No experience in real estate or sales is necessary to apply – because of our extensive training program, new hires learn more about investment real estate in their first 6-12 months than they would in their first 3-5 years anywhere else. Through our fast-paced transactions and uncapped commissions, agents are given the opportunity to learn and advance quickly, while optimizing their income potential, and top agents regularly surpass $90,000 in annual pay within their first two years.

Requirements Of An NWA Agent
- Real Estate license (NOT REQUIRED UPON HIRING)
- Reliable car and auto insurance
- Strong work ethic/ambition
- Excellent communication/relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently AND as part of a team
Daily Activities Of An NWA Agent
- Building a client base by meeting with investors
- Instructing and collaborating with investors throughout the investment process, from purchase to exit strategy
- Analyzing valuations and rehab estimates and composing real estate contracts
- Team building exercises/events
This is an entry level position. No experience in Real Estate is necessary, though a strong history in sales is encouraged. This position is 100% commission pay with a performance-based bonus structure.
