About The Role
Our team is seeking a knowledgeable Escrow Assistant to be part of the next generation of Closing Services! Being part of the HomeLight Closing Services is your opportunity to challenge the status quo while blending exceptional customer service supported by cutting edge software explicitly built for Title & Escrow!
You will assist the day-to-day escrow and title insurance operations of a fast-paced, high volume, multi-state purchase escrow, and title insurance agency.
Duties
- Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, intaking real estate contracts and lender orders.
- Collect and coordinate transaction information for milestone completion.
- Responsible for Data Entry in multiple client platforms.
- Move information to required parties in a proficient and timely manner.
- Devote to human interaction with our clients supported by Qualia.
- Deliver exceptional support and interaction with our clients.
- Be familiar with Florida Title and Escrow transaction process
Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Two years of escrow experience is required.
- Microsoft Suite and Google Suite proficient.
- Qualia or Resware knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgebase to interact with Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Buyers and Sellers
