As a closer at the organization, you are still the nucleus that powers our home closing machine– you will take real estate transactions (title and escrow) from start to finish, delight our valued customers, and help us re imagine home closing together.
In this role you will…
- Ensure a high quality customer and agent experience throughout the real estate closing process
- Communicate internally with cross functional teams on support requests, product feedback, and the customer experience
- Follow company-established procedures and relevant compliance measures for all real estate transaction processes
- Generate closing documents, gather customer financial information, and satisfy all requirements to close on real estate transactions
- Follow up on post-closing items as necessary
We are looking for someone who has…
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Individual Title Insurance Agent License
- 5+ years of home closing (title & escrow) experience in the Florida market
- Extensive knowledge of standard operating procedures and compliance surrounding real estate transactions in Florida
- Extremely thorough and detail oriented– ability to juggle and track multiple closings at once, and follow up on each action item to ensure that no balls are dropped
- Flexible, can-do attitude– willing to pivot, try new ways of doing things, and help us refine our recipe for success
- Builder mentality––excited about playing a role in building and growing a venture-backed startup in hyper-growth mode

Salary: $35,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
