Full Job Description
- Serve as an Escrow Officer to process and close real estate transactions.
- Communicate with Real Estate Agents, Lenders, Sellers and Buyers to ensure a smooth closing.
- Review title searches.
- Prepare title commitments, closing statements, deeds and other settlement documents.
- Conduct real estate closings with Buyers and Sellers.
- Balance and disburse funds.
- Record deeds and mortgages as part of post-closing.
