TITLE AND ABSTRACT AGENCY OF AMERICA, INC. is an attorney owned and affiliated full service title agency seeking seasoned escrow officers with a book of business for its expanding statewide office network. We offer a compensation package that includes a generous base salary (based on your book of business), commissions and an industry-leading benefits package. Successful candidates must be customer service oriented and have strong product knowledge and presentation skills. Currently, we are accepting resumes for the Tampa area and Orlando area, as well as Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Job Duties and responsibilities include:
- Processing new real estate transactions from receipt of contract through closing.
- Market company products and services to your industry contacts and cross sell to transaction parties.
- Team participation and management (where needed) in a paperless closing environment.
- Working closely with clients, lenders, realtors, internal staff, and other parties to ensure a timely closing transaction.
Job Qualifications include:
- Retail and REO escrow closing experience
- Retail title exam experience
- Licensed title agent preferred, not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
