The Residential Escrow Officer assistant position works with clients on balancing and preparing closing documents .
Responsibilities:
-Processing post closing documents
-Balance numbers with lenders and real estate agents
-Schedule closings
-Prepare closing documents
-Coordinate closings
-Comply with industry standards and regulations
-CUSTOMER SERVICE
Qualifications:
– Experience as an Escrow Closer or experience in the title/mortgage industry
– Superior customer service, organization and accuracy
– Interpersonal with strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work in high volume, fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour
