Company: Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON), a division of IQPC
Salary: 35K+ base (dependant on experience)

Type: Full-time, permanent (Monday- Friday 9:00-5:00)
SSON is looking for a smart, ambitious, Event Coordinator to join our Operations Team! The main purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running and successful management of our live and digital events from planning to execution. Responsible for delivering best in-class customer service; these silent heroes manage the end-to-end logistics and seamless delivery of each IQPC conference.
Responsibilities:
- Management of all speaker and sponsorship client experience and communication, ensuring all our core client’s pre-event needs are met and all required deliverable collected
- Project management & communication of event changes to the wider project team i.e., speaker faculty or venues updates, budgets and cost control
- Set up and management of Online Event platforms & live Event Venues, importing data, pre-recordings/presentation, managing event contracts and set-up plus overseeing live event execution
- · Support design and delivery of event signage/branding, polls, platform communication, and attendee engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Communications or related field
- 2+ years of event coordination, or hospitality experience
- Strong communications skills with the confidence to converse with senior decision makers
- A high level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Detailed oriented with exceptional organizational skills and an ability to handle multiple assignments within tight deadlines
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in general office technology (PC, Microsoft Outlook, CRM, LinkedIn) and a quick study with new systems
