| We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, outgoing, honest and friendly person!
Have you you ever planned an event – maybe even your own wedding – and loved working with vendors and creating an event from start to finish? If so, this might be the job for you! We rent event equipment for all types of events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, parties and festivals. This position requires excellent customer service skills and sales experience in order to help a customer build an order from start to finish. Job duties: – Answering incoming phone calls – Making outgoing phone calls – Creating quotes and reservations – Turning quotes into reservations – Taking deposits and final payments – Making sure all contract information and event equipment is correct on the invoice – Following up with quotes – Upselling customers – Keeping showroom and office area clean – Communicating with delivery personnel We are a family-owned business, which sometimes requires team members to pitch in as needed. Requirements: Good computer skills Outlook Excel Point of Sale system Drivers license Clean background check Sales experience High school diploma Bachelor degree preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13.00 /hour Required education:
