Please see below concerning open positions for Event Security Staff. Candidates who are hired will attend events at Raymond James Stadium, Tropicana Field, Tampa Convention Center, etc.
There are hundreds of positions available. Full time opportunities (30+ hours per week) are available to Veterans. The majority of other positions are part-time. Candidates must be 18+ years of age. No experience is necessary.
Job Description – Licensed and Unlicensed Security Positions:
Must have the following in order to apply: •No minimum education required •No experience specified •Valid Class “D” Security license issued by state of Florida (for licensed position) •Customer service skills •Verbal communication skills •Able to work flexible hours on event day
Required Screenings: Will be discussed.
Job Description: The Security Officer will guard, patrol, or monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Responsible for additional duties listed below.
Responsibilities: •Provide parking instruction/guidance/assistance to guests as they arrive •Allow or disallow access into lot •Provide guests with directions and other venue information •Handle all comments/complaints
Work Environment: Will be discussed. Position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a team environment.
