We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant And Social Media Manager SUPERSTAR! to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.
We are non profit healthcare conferencing organization seeking a PT highly experienced administrative assistant with the following experiences:
SMM, SEO, graphics, event planning, vendor procurement, report generation, research, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workplace, Mail Chimp, conferencing experience and general executive assistant duties.
Ideally you are located in the Tampa Bay area, and have an extensive experience within the non-profit sector as well as conferencing organizations.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can work independently. You must be able to work well with others, have supervisory skills, and have an incredible attention to details.
You will be reporting directly to the Executive Director.
Our work flow is not steady and it comes in waves. During our annual conference, held in the Tampa Bay, you will be asked to volunteer to help during the two day event at which you will learn more about the organization and what we do, which will help you grow with our company. Meals will be provided during the conference days.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs of Executive
- Arrange conference calls and meetings
- Plan work-related travel details
- Train and supervise various freelancers and volunteers.
- Be in charge of SMM, SEO, graphic design, Mail Chimp.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, Social Media Manager, or in other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
