Cape & Bay is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant looking to working directly under our CEO.
You are: A skilled pro with experience managing an office and working across several departments in a lightning fast environment.

Responsibilities
- Communicate, assist, and administer daily tasks directly from the CEO
- Organize and schedule calendars & appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute company-wide email, correspondence memos, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain digital filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies
- Organize company events, anniversary & birthday celebrations
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and interviewees
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with department heads to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Skills
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as conference tools, printers, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of all MS Office and Google Suite applications
- Knowledge of Figma and/or Photoshop a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
You must be able to work out Monday-Friday at our Lutz, FL office. There is no relocation assistance for this position.
