Looking for an experienced administrative assistant and Director of first impressions for a Local, Commercial Real Estate Brokerage.

Unconditional Job Requirements:

  • Perform administrative duties including, but not limited to, answering telephone and responding to e-mail communications
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and maintain calendars and contacts for broker
  • Conduct research of real estate sales and leasing activity, maintain databases and track progress of reports.
  • Perform market studies for targeted sites with sales, development or tenant placement potential
  • Compile tenant contact information for properties, contact tenants or tenant representatives
  • Manage workflow and approval process for sales and leasing transactions
  • Update and maintain property information and conduct market searches using industry specific web based databases
  • Prepare market surveys, proposals, summaries and other relevant documents as needed
  • Prepare property marketing materials including flyers, PowerPoint presentations and quarterly mailers
  • Manage process for: distribution of marketing materials, list updates, mass mailings
  • Efficient, Proven clear thinker, well organized, level headed, solution oriented

You Will Be Reporting To: Broker-Owner

Company Location:  Saint Petersburg, FL

Hours:                        Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $13-15.00 per hour depending on experience, qualifications
