This is a full-time position located out of our Administrative Office in Tampa, FL.

Starting pay is $57,000 annually. We also offer full benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off and other company paid benefits.
Responsibilities:


Primary responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to
:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail for accuracy in performing data entry duties and various tasks with multiple interruptions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Ability to create written material while editing one’s own work and the work of others
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and problem solving skills by taking appropriate actions regarding concerns and questionable findings
  • Demonstrated professional phone etiquette and the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion
  • Maintain professional attitude and appearance at all times
  • Previous experience reporting to an Executive is preferred
  • Administrative support to various other divisions and departments

Job requirements:

  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Prepare letters, presentations, statements, manuals, agendas, and other business correspondence
  • Create, establish, and maintain documents and filing system
  • Coordinate meetings/events including arranging facilities, A/V equipment, catering, and special requests
  • Coordinate the majority of group travel requirements for training and/or meetings
  • Assist with the creation, production, distribution, and comparison of reports and may perform basic to intermediate analysis or report summaries
  • Occasional travel to coordinate events
  • Handling and recording all incoming customer concern calls and directing concerns to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Must have Advanced Level of Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must have 5+ years combined experience in customer service and/or administrative office work
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years.
