This is a full-time position located out of our Administrative Office in Tampa, FL.
Starting pay is $57,000 annually. We also offer full benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off and other company paid benefits.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail for accuracy in performing data entry duties and various tasks with multiple interruptions
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Ability to create written material while editing one’s own work and the work of others
- Demonstrates sound judgment and problem solving skills by taking appropriate actions regarding concerns and questionable findings
- Demonstrated professional phone etiquette and the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion
- Maintain professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Previous experience reporting to an Executive is preferred
- Administrative support to various other divisions and departments

Job requirements:
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Prepare letters, presentations, statements, manuals, agendas, and other business correspondence
- Create, establish, and maintain documents and filing system
- Coordinate meetings/events including arranging facilities, A/V equipment, catering, and special requests
- Coordinate the majority of group travel requirements for training and/or meetings
- Assist with the creation, production, distribution, and comparison of reports and may perform basic to intermediate analysis or report summaries
- Occasional travel to coordinate events
- Handling and recording all incoming customer concern calls and directing concerns to the appropriate individual for resolution
- Special projects and miscellaneous duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Must have Advanced Level of Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must have 5+ years combined experience in customer service and/or administrative office work
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past three years.
