You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, making travel arrangements, have mobility, organizing our filing systems, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. - Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings
- Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies
- Be the main point of contact for high-level executive
- Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc.
- Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive
- Ensure basic bookkeeping duties are completed
- Have reliable means of transportation
Qualifications
- Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines
- 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
