Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Overview:
The executive administrative assistant will provide support and assistance for the staff of a small non-profit and be involved with the day-to-day operations of the office. Full-time position. 40 hours per week.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide office support for all staff.
- Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
- Interact with external clients and volunteers.
- Co-ordinate project-based work.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Enter data in Excel for statistical reporting.
- Calendar appointments.
- Copy, scan, and file.
- Manage office supplies.
- Enter data and run reports in QuickBooks.
- Interact with phone, computer, and copy machine vendors.
- Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Arrange and manage logistics for meetings, programs, and development activities.
- Assist with organizing and setting up events.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Report to the agency Director.
Background and Experience:
- Minimum of 5-years’ executive administrative assistant experience required.
- Proficiency in using common office computer applications such as word processors, spreadsheets, databases, email, and internet is required.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks.
- Proven track record of attention to detail and ability to work well with people.
- Good follow through, able to multi-task, and an aptitude for working with a team.
- An associate’s degree, or equivalent, is required.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms desirable, not required.
- Working knowledge of eTapestry software desirable, not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 to $19.00 /hour
