Title: Executive Assistant
FLSA Status: Exempt
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the company’s CEO. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, make travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports.

Essential Functions Statement:
- Track and follow up on inquiries from internal and external customers.
- Serve as the point of contact for all human resources and payroll functions.
- Initiate the onboarding process for all new hires.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings.
- Book travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Draft internal and external communications such as memos, emails, presentation, and reports.
- Organize and maintain the office filing system.
- Schedule, organize, attend, and lead in person and virtual meetings.
- Maintain expense reports invoices, receipts, and purchases to provide to the Accountant.

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shift may change in accordance with business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.
Required Education and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Computer Skills: Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Education
Education: Bachelors Degree.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Must be able to accomplish all duties with little to no assistance.
