EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR TO C-LEVEL EXECUTIVE TEAM MEMBERS
Who You Are: 
You are a trusted support professional who understands what it means to partner with and support dynamic executive leaders. You have a keen eye for detail, work fast, and just *might* even have a crystal ball with which you can foresee a leader’s needs before they even ask. 
You bring advanced working knowledge of scheduling and productivity tools (for us, that means the Microsoft suite of tools – think Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, etc.), as perhaps some PowerPoint skills up your sleeve.
Your Day to Day:
You’ll be supporting 3 key ELT (“executive leadership team”) members, managing everything from scheduling, calendaring, and helping them juggle priorities and pivot “on the fly.”
Perform diverse and confidential administrative duties.
Effectively navigate prior-documented procedures.
Manage and prioritize leader’s time, calendar and deliverables.
Coordinate logistics, including preparation and follow-up from meetings.
Prepare and distribute materials for meetings, create agendas with executive and follow up with meeting minutes.
Handle all travel and expense, always searching for alternatives that will best serve the leader’s schedule.
General administrative duties (taking detailed notes) and special projects with constantly moving dates and priorities.
Plan weeks ahead to prepare executive for meetings, travel, etc.
Plans and coordinates on boarding for new executive hires.
Order supplies, equipment and other office management + front reception duties as identified when needed.
 Knowledge, Skills and Experience to Be Successful in This Role:
3-7+ years of executive administrative assistant experience in a fast-paced company environment. 
Microsoft Office technical skills – including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook. Advanced Excel preferred.
Sense of urgency and thrives in a highly fast-paced, fluid environment while remaining calm and composed in occasionally-stressful situations.
Ability to project-manage multiple initiatives tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrate initiative to anticipate work flow needs and proactively plan accordingly.
Strong trouble-shooting and solutioning skills.
Exceptional levels of professionalism and ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Able to manage complex and extensive scheduling, including travel.
Demonstrated experience exercising excellent judgment and the ability to take initiative with a confident and professional demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
