Full Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as the primary administrative support to member(s) of our Executive Team. This role is a critically important role, enabling the executive(s) to work most effectively with internal and external stakeholders and fulfill their commitments to Zelis’ partners, funders, and the Board of Directors.
This is not just an administrative role; it requires a highly organized individual to support, manage, and facilitate the needs of the executive and be accustomed to being in a visible role and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously. The role also requires a person who is highly resourceful and highly technical to effectively and efficiently manage the day to day needs in a fast paced environment.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Highly technical, highly organized, must be able to work paperless
- Create and maintain filing systems and databases
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Coordinate Video and Audio conference calls
- Work closely with executive to remain apprised of/schedule upcoming commitments
- Confirm objectives for the meeting invites, participants, materials for all calendar needs
- Work with Chief of Staff to ensure appropriate and timely communication to meeting participants
- Follow up with copies of communication materials as appropriate.
- Provide direct daily support to senior executives
- Strict gatekeeper, answer, screen and direct incoming calls.
- Responsible for travel and meeting arrangements
- Meet & greet visitors and prepare meeting sites accordingly
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
- Compose memos, letters, and other correspondence
- Work discretely with confidential information
- Maintains calendars, contact lists, files and contracts
- Work closely with any operational department heads as it relates to departmental projects
- Run reports and queries using Reporting Services & Zelis proprietary claims system
- Research and secure entertainment tickets for business, as well as personal use of executive staff
- Responsible for facilitation of client gifts and holiday gifts/cards

Summary of Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of office administration experience supporting C-suite staff
- Consulting, Private Equity or Venture Capital experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,826.00 – $89,802.00 per year
